📋 Description

• Own multi-entity, multi-currency consolidations, including intercompany eliminations, ASC 830 currency translations, chart of accounts governance, monthly close, journal entries, and US entity reconciliations • Lead process transformation and automation initiatives using AI tools and systems to standardize close procedures and replace manual spreadsheet-driven workflows • Prepare audit-ready consolidated and entity-level balance sheet and P&L flux analyses • Operationalize technical accounting positions • Execute ASC 718 stock-based compensation accounting • Manage and mentor a small accounting team • Partner with Legal, FP&A, Procurement / Accounts Payable, People, Compensation and Benefits, Treasury, and other business partners • Execute internal controls and improve process-control efficiency and scalability

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting with progressive corporate accounting and audit experience • Hands-on experience executing multi-entity, multi-currency consolidations, intercompany eliminations, and ASC 830 currency translations • Technical proficiency in US GAAP, including ASC 830, ASC 718, and ASC 842 • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and G-suite • Hands-on experience with NetSuite or similar ERP configuration, including subsidiary structures, multi-currency settings, and saved searches • Experience managing external audit deliverables • Self-motivated team leadership and effective communication
