📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery across the financial systems landscape, including requirements definition, solution design, configuration, development, testing, deployment, release management, and production support • Conduct business process mapping and requirements-gathering sessions with Accounting, FP&A, Procurement, Tax, People, GTM, and Data • Translate business requirements into system solutions, configurations, and prioritized roadmap items • Serve as the Finance Systems partner to People, GTM, Data, FP&A, and Accounting • Define the technical roadmap for financial systems and finance automation • Align priorities and delivery sequencing with the Corporate Controller, CFO organization, and IT • Advocate for finance automation and AI, build business cases, and drive adoption • Design, build, and deploy AI-enabled and agentic workflows for reconciliation preparation, flux and variance commentary, AP exception detection, and document and contract extraction • Own NetSuite OneWorld administration across a multi-subsidiary, multi-currency, multi-book environment and supporting systems • Build, monitor, and support integrations across ERP, procurement, travel and expense, banking, HCM, CRM, close management, planning, and reporting platforms • Manage NetSuite consultants and configuration, testing, programming, and scripting projects • Develop and modify NetSuite reports, saved searches, KPIs, and dashboards • Manage NetSuite changes, customizations, and third-party integration requests • Maintain security, access controls, data classifications, and role-based access controls • Monitor and optimize system availability, reliability, and scalability • Manage and develop a growing team of Business Systems Analysts

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field • NetSuite certification preferred (Administrator) • 5+ years of experience in financial systems, ERP administration, or finance technology leadership • Hands-on experience with NetSuite in a multi-subsidiary OneWorld environment • Deep hands-on NetSuite expertise across SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, SuiteQL, saved searches, custom records and fields, and roles and permissions • Experience implementing and supporting NetSuite integrations with Workday, Salesforce, Adaptive, Snowflake, Avalara, Expensify, Zip, Navan, or close equivalents • Strong knowledge of NetSuite workflows, SuiteScript, customizations, reports, and saved searches • Experience with sensitive financial data, SOX controls, change management, segregation of duties (SoD), and IT general controls (ITGC) • Experience evaluating, piloting, or implementing AI/LLM tooling in finance or accounting • Enthusiasm for emerging AI capabilities and practical, controlled finance use cases • SaaS company experience with a global, PEO-supported workforce is a plus • Ability to independently manage others, time, and competing priorities • Ability to adapt quickly to new requirements and changing business needs
