📋 Description

• Create the vision for the B2Bi/EDI Product Line in collaboration with regional GMs, Product Management, Product Marketing, and Executive Leadership • Establish and lead cross-functional structures involving product, engineering, marketing, sales, and pre-sales • Manage priorities across customer needs, roadmap, and business objectives • Lead go-to-market strategy, positioning, and messaging • Collaborate with business development, sales, and partner organizations to secure renewals and grow pipeline and revenue • Understand Ideal Customer Profiles and optimize internal operations around customer needs • Own Annual Recurring Revenue growth, success metrics, and P&L responsibility • Build relationships and business partnerships across the organization • Drive R&D efficiency and alignment across Product Management and Engineering • Serve as the external voice of the Product Line through events, analyst and press engagement, customer forums, and content • Feed customer and market insights into product vision and roadmap

🎯 Requirements

• Experience motivating, organizing, and directing multiple teams and departments • Ability to influence without authority and inspire cross-functional teams • Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives • Proven success as a builder in ambiguity and fast-growing startup environments • Strong understanding of product and go-to-market challenges in the B2Bi/EDI Product Line space • Background in Product Management, Product Line Sales, Product Strategy, GTM Strategy, or Management/Strategy Consulting is advantageous • Experience as a leader in a Global Software Organization • Ability to travel internationally on an as-needed basis • Domain expertise is a plus, but not required
