📋 Description

• Identify and recruit qualified physicians for contracted assignments • Proactively contact and recruit prospective candidates • Establish relationships, understand candidates' needs and qualify them for job opportunities • Educate prospective candidates on the personal and professional benefits of a locum tenens career • Generate leads through recruiting channels, strategic planning and referrals • Build and maintain relationships internally and externally • Pursue continuous improvement and career advancement • Meet recruiting goals in a fast-paced environment • Provide exceptional, client-centered customer service
