• Build and work a targeted prospect list across the Eastern U.S.: AEC firms, developers, building owners, GCs, MEP engineers, historic preservation firms, and institutional facilities teams • Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone — with messaging that educates as much as it sells • Qualify leads and book discovery calls for our project and technical team • Track pipeline signals: permit filings, project announcements, RFP activity, and industry news • Maintain CRM records and deliver a weekly pipeline report • Continuously test and refine messaging based on what resonates
• 2+ years of B2B lead generation, business development, or sales experience • Background in AEC, construction technology, geospatial, or surveying strongly preferred • Able to learn and credibly represent technical services to non-technical decision-makers • Strong written and verbal communicator — you write emails people actually respond to • Self-directed and organized; you do not need daily supervision to stay on target • Comfortable with LinkedIn outreach and CRM tools
