📋 Description

• - Define the architecture, deliverables, and timelines • - Lead your team through the scrum process to deliver valuable software solutions • - Create end goals for your team • - Delegate work and assignments to team members • - Collaborate with your team to identify and fix technical problems • - Supervise system modifications • - Conduct security audits to identify areas of improvement • - Liaise with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard • - Write progress reports and deliver presentations to stakeholders • - Hire and train technical personnel

🎯 Requirements

• - BS or Master’s degree in Computer Science, related degree, or equivalent experience • - **10+ years of experience with software development in Java, Python, .NET, JavaScript/NodeJS, or data technologies** • - 7+ years of experience leading development teams • - Professional English proficiency (C1/C2) • - Deep expertise with Linux and hosted cloud environments (Heroku, AWS, App Engine, or others) • - Practical experience with open-source technologies, including SQL and NoSQL databases • - Experience integrating solutions with 3rd-party APIs (RESTful, OAuth, JSON) • - Self-driven and motivated, with a strong work ethic and a passion for problem-solving • - **Strong experience with backend development, data systems, or scalable software architecture**
