📋 Description

• Travel to oversee the day-to-day financial, administrative, sales and marketing, and maintenance operations of various communities • Ensure company standards, safety regulations, and excellent customer service are achieved • Directly supervise onsite staff and facilitate successful property management at assigned job sites • Inspect properties and identify improvements to efficiency, productivity, and profitability • Analyze market and economic trends and implement marketing and leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals • Monitor traffic logs, budgets, renewals, marketing data, and related property information • Develop resident retention strategies and address resident service issues • Coordinate repairs and maintenance, verify vacant-unit status, and oversee preventative maintenance programs • Partner with the Regional Manager on operating income/expense budgets and leasing strategies • Ensure purchase orders, expenses, payables, and vendor statements are processed and monitored accurately • Prepare weekly and monthly property operational and financial reports • Review income and expense variances and coordinate revenue collection and delinquent-account follow-up • Hire, train, supervise, develop, mentor, evaluate, and discipline property staff • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of prior Property Management experience • Ability to regularly travel via automobile and airplane for company-required training/business • Intermediate MS Office Word/Excel and computer technology skills • Effective communication skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment • Ability to work with a diverse group of people and customers • 4 Year Degree • Ability to work 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday, or as needed to meet business needs • Ability to travel up to 100% of the time to other sites as scheduled • Ability to remain stationary for long periods of time • Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment • Ability to communicate regularly and effectively, both written and verbally • Ability to occasionally lift up to 30 pounds • Ability and means to travel locally, overnight, in specific regions or states via automobile and airplane
