📋 Description

• Coordinating preparation and availability of equipment, tools, products, and spares based on job requirements and technical plans • Optimizing asset utilization by aligning with AMO capacity, inventory availability, and supply chain capabilities • Supporting planning and execution of service delivery operations to ensure timely and efficient job completion • Collaborating closely with AMO teams, Service Delivery Coordinators, and Material Management teams • Monitoring inventory levels and supporting sourcing plans to ensure material availability • Identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency, logistics, and resource allocation • Ensuring compliance with company HSE, quality, and operational standards

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in service delivery, operations planning, logistics, or inventory management • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment • Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams • Good understanding of asset utilization, supply chain processes, and operational planning • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
