📋 Description

• Process client data for inclusion in GAAP financial statements, agreed upon procedures, and special projects • Identify accounting, financial statement, and reporting issues using professional guidelines including U.S. GAAP • Recommend business and process improvements based on client operations, processes, and objectives • Build client relationships and communicate effectively to provide superior client service • Participate in internal and external training sessions and networking events • Assist with campus recruiting, refer experienced individuals, and participate in the firm's Employee Referral Bonus Program • Assist with compilation of Schedules of Federal Expenditures for clients • Travel is limited but may be required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting • CPA eligible preferred • Experience providing attest services in a professional services firm preferred • Knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) • Knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS) • Knowledge of Public Company Oversight Board (PCAOB) Auditing Standards • Demonstrated communication, public speaking, client service, relationship building, personal development, collaboration, and problem-solving skills • Initiative and adaptability • Highly developed Microsoft Suite skills
