📋 Description

• Plan, forecast, and optimize workforce allocation across program priorities • Analyze staffing trends, workforce gaps, and labor category alignment • Maintain and improve workforce tracking tools • Provide staffing model, workforce risk, and optimization recommendations to leadership • Coach hiring managers on job requisition creation, interview techniques, and hiring processes • Lead end-to-end onboarding coordination • Identify onboarding risks or delays and implement corrective actions • Establish and refine onboarding processes • Evaluate candidate submissions against program requirements • Partner with recruiting and hiring managers on candidate selection decisions • Coordinate interviews and support the candidate experience • Review and validate employment documentation • Monitor security clearance status and onboarding compliance • Liaise with internal teams, subcontractors, and external partners • Coordinate onboarding and access for partner personnel • Develop and maintain workforce dashboards, reports, and metrics • Analyze workforce data and present actionable recommendations • Ensure workforce data accuracy and integrity • Oversee offboarding processes and recommend lifecycle management improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree • Active Secret Clearance • Ability to travel up to 10% • Ability to exercise analytical thinking, sound judgment, operational expertise, autonomy, ownership, and professional discretion • Ability to handle sensitive information and comply with federal, DoD, and program-specific requirements
