📋 Description

• Lead discovery, requirements, design, build, testing, and deployment of OneStream solutions • Lead client workshops, gather requirements, and create design documentation • Design scalable, performant, secure, and compliant OneStream financial application infrastructure • Develop and demonstrate OneStream proof of concepts • Guide technical solution development and deployment and facilitate solution and architecture reviews • Oversee unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing • Develop client roadmaps and communicate initiatives across project teams • Identify opportunities to use OneStream in financial close and planning processes to improve results, accuracy, and efficiency • Support the Finance OneStream Center of Excellence technical governance framework • Collaborate with clients on business intelligence, analytics, and reporting solutions • Interact with Baker Tilly and client leadership on OneStream engagements • Stay current with OneStream platform advancements, marketplace solutions, and AI capabilities • Support junior staff development through training, coaching, and mentoring

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a closely related field • Experience implementing a leading financial planning and consolidation software (EPM/CPM solution); OneStream or Oracle EPM/PBCS highly preferred • Minimum of five (5) years of technical architecture experience • Minimum of three (3) years dedicated to OneStream implementations • Robust knowledge of financial close and consolidation processes, including account reconciliation, currency translations, intercompany eliminations, top-side entries, and financial statements • Deep understanding of .NET and SQL development and how best to develop within OneStream engines • OneStream Certified Professional (OCP) - Lead Architect certification • Ability to lead and supervise others, provide exceptional client service, demonstrate commitment to continuous learning, exhibit ethical knowledge and commitment, and deliver quality work promptly • Demonstrated leadership, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, project management, and communication skills
