📋 Description

• Build Salesforce architecture, including objects, fields, page layouts, automation, declarative components, analytics, custom settings, and account models • Install and configure Salesforce AppExchange and proprietary applications • Facilitate business process workshops and requirements-gathering sessions • Define data models and system architecture from business requirements • Create technical documentation, including detailed field-level data-flow mappings • Write solution recommendations covering multiple designs and considerations • Design mockups and rapidly prototype solutions based on feedback • Facilitate discovery calls, technical discovery sessions, and gap analyses for prospective clients • Build and deliver tailored Salesforce demonstrations and proof-of-concept environments • Contribute to proposals, statements of work, and RFP responses • Serve as technical subject matter expert during sales cycles • Estimate implementation effort and identify delivery risks • Support handoff from sales to delivery by documenting scope, requirements, and design decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • Minimum 2 years relevant experience • Salesforce Administrator Certification (Admin 201) required • Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Data Loader and/or DemandTools • Experience implementing databases and building custom applications on the Salesforce platform • Experience building simple decision models from complex logic requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint), Excel, and Google Sheets • Ability to travel as needed, approximately 5% • Certified Salesforce Cloud Consultant and Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator (Admin 301) preferred
