📋 Description

• Pull routine catalog, inventory, and performance reports • Maintain accurate central database records • Perform routine updates in Amazon Seller Central, including titles, bullet points, backend search terms, and product descriptions • Assist with creating and troubleshooting basic product variation structures and flat-file uploads • Write and edit clear, compliant product listing copy according to brand guidelines and keyword targets • Identify and document catalog errors, listing suppressions, stranded inventory, and other issues for review or escalation • Maintain clean and accurate spreadsheets, databases, and catalog documentation • Follow established SOPs and processes for routine catalog operations • Assist with basic catalog audits and quality checks • Monitor and appropriately respond to Account Health notifications and Customer Messages • Communicate questions, issues, and completed work with the Catalog Lead and broader team • Learn and gradually take on more advanced Amazon catalog tasks

🎯 Requirements

• No prior e-commerce or Amazon experience required • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills • High attention to detail and strong organizational instincts • Comfortable with basic spreadsheets, Google Sheets, or Microsoft Excel • Comfortable performing repetitive data entry and administrative tasks while maintaining accuracy • Able to follow written instructions and established SOPs consistently • Fast learner who takes feedback and direction well • Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple simple tasks without losing track of details • Strong work ethic and willingness to ask questions when something is unclear • Basic computer proficiency and comfort learning new software and online platforms • Reliable high-speed internet connection • Backup power supply • Dedicated workspace • Two working monitors available for remote work • EST required during training; schedule can be reevaluated later • Completion of a 1–3 minute application video • Completion of the Catalog Specialist Test
