📋 Description

• Lead operational execution of market-specific Network Strategies • Partner with Account Directors to identify risks, opportunities, and recommendations that improve network performance and scalability • Drive cross-functional readiness across implementation, operations, product, and account management teams • Maintain standardized workflows, checklists, and documentation • Manage contracting for new Hub & Spoke partners • Translate partner workflows into system configurations and ensure go-live readiness • Identify high-potential referral hubs and support partner engagement activities • Develop tools, templates, and enablement materials for internal and external teams • Surface risks, troubleshoot delays, and ensure successful activation and utilization • Implement process improvements to increase onboarding efficiency, reduce activation timelines, and improve provider adoption outcomes • Explore emerging AI tools to streamline or enhance work • Manage multiple statewide network builds concurrently • Produce readiness and performance reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, public health, or related field • 5+ years in healthcare network operations, focused on network development, strategic growth initiatives, and provider contracting • Experience creating network build playbooks and process workflows • Experience with implementation lifecycle management • Familiarity with behavioral health, referral networks, or health IT preferred • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and process discipline • Comfort with dashboards, trackers, and performance reporting • Comfort using or learning AI-supported tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, CoPilot, or role-specific tools • Forward-thinking, curious mindset and openness to experimenting with new technologies • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and creativity in designing solutions • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly evolving environments • Ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment with self-motivation and high-quality virtual interactions • Ability to travel periodically for work
