📋 Description

• Monitor and manage pending drug testing orders for timely completion and accurate results • Respond to internal and external inquiries about orders, results, requirements, and processes • Identify and resolve issues delaying testing or reporting • Monitor testing status and maintain thorough notes and documentation • Coordinate administrative closure of expired, cancelled, or incomplete requests • Assist with random drug testing programs • Review orders for accuracy and completeness and escalate issues • Identify recurring operational issues and recommend efficiency improvements • Coordinate with laboratories, collection sites, clinics, and other testing partners • Research appropriate testing facilities based on client requirements, applicant location, test type, and availability • Maintain communication with providers to resolve outstanding orders • Assist with evaluating provider capabilities, coverage, availability, and service concerns • Support internal teams and external clients regarding drug testing services and processes • Communicate testing status, outstanding requirements, delays, and resolutions to clients • Support the Client Experience team in addressing service concerns and improving client satisfaction • Collaborate with Client Experience, Product Management, and other internal teams • Serve as a resource on drug testing processes, requirements, provider capabilities, and common issues • Escalate complex or time-sensitive concerns and help develop solutions • Maintain client and order information in CRM and other systems • Document client interactions, testing activity, issues, resolutions, and follow-up requirements • Prepare basic reports and data • Identify trends, gaps, and recurring issues and communicate findings • Maintain organized records in accordance with company policies and applicable requirements • Contribute to team knowledge and participate in company and industry-specific training • Stay informed about changes affecting drug testing services and processes • Contribute process, client experience, team performance, and service quality improvements • Complete general administrative duties including data entry, answering phones, and filing • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of a high school diploma • Two years of relevant experience • Exemplary customer service skills with internal team members, clients, and vendors • Concise and effective written and verbal communication skills • Alignment with Validity’s values of Ask Why, Care, and Solve Together • Software savvy and technically adaptable • Comfort with repetitive tasks and an eye for detail in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment • Ability to absorb procedures quickly • Maintain the utmost level of professionalism • Keen eye for innovation and efficiency • Candidates must live in one of the following states: Kansas, Missouri, Alabama, Arkansas, California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Texas, Tennessee, or Virginia
