📋 Description

• Provide real-time procedural assistance for Surgical Centers of Therapy within the aligned territory • Offer technical expertise and troubleshooting support for successful product usage • Serve as a resource for physicians and surgical teams in the operating room • Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries during on-site procedures • Communicate effectively between customers and colleagues • Identify and report concerns and opportunities to the aligned Surgical Account Manager • Perform equipment and software upgrades • Conduct equipment fleet audits • Lead in-service training for physicians, residents, and surgical staff on surgical product applications • Support Resident Labs, MedEd courses, RPEs, and Continuing Education programs • Assist the Surgical Account Manager and specialists with product trials, implementation, and conversion initiatives • Provide on-site support for regional conversions and product adoption strategies • Track surgical product inventory and ensure availability for procedures • Maintain inventory levels to meet customer and operational needs • Drive to multiple accounts throughout the Western Washington territory

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • Minimum of 1 year of required experience • 1+ years of B2B sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals • Success in prospecting, generating new business, and building a pipeline • Experience building relationships with decision-makers and navigating customer organizations • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, field-based environment • Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required • Valid driver's license • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment; sponsorship is not offered for this role
