• Manage technical and operational projects, including project requirements, deliverables, budgets, schedules, and execution • Support project scheduling using Primavera P6, including data quality checks, integration activities, and schedule analysis • Support project cost management using Cobra and EVMS processes, including cost analysis, control, forecasting, and identification of cost trends • Develop and maintain project controls processes and work products to meet programmatic and customer requirements • Provide technical cost and schedule guidance and develop innovative solutions for complex or non-routine project requirements • Collaborate with technical, business, and project stakeholders to ensure work is completed according to established objectives and schedules • Promptly report unsafe conditions, equipment issues, or incidents to management • Participate in required training sessions and safety briefings • Perform other duties as assigned to meet operational needs
• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Experience with project controls, including cost analysis/control, planning, scheduling, and EVMS • Experience using Primavera P6 for project scheduling and schedule analysis • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Demonstrated ability to work independently and take projects or concepts from initial ideas through completed deliverables • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion • Experience with Cobra for project cost management (preferred) • Experience in project controls within a DOE/NNSA environment (preferred) • Knowledge of LANL Project Controls procedures, policies, and processes (preferred) • Experience working with both technical and business stakeholders in complex project or program environments (preferred)
