📋 Description

• Define and drive the enterprise cybersecurity strategy, architecture roadmap, and long-term vision • Serve as a senior cybersecurity architecture individual contributor and member of the Architecture Review Board • Provide strategic guidance on security architecture decisions • Establish security standards and reference architectures • Ensure security is embedded across the organization's technology landscape • Partner with infrastructure, engineering, cloud, data, AI, and application teams • Evaluate solution designs and assess security readiness • Lead architectural reviews for new initiatives • Identify security risks and mitigation strategies • Influence enterprise-wide technology decisions • Develop architectural artifacts, models, patterns, roadmaps, transition initiatives, and strategy documentation • Address stakeholder cybersecurity requirements across enterprise architecture, reference models, segment architectures, solution architectures, and supporting systems • Analyze business and IT environments to identify cybersecurity deficiencies or redundancies and recommend improvements • Develop and maintain cybersecurity capability documentation and target cybersecurity architecture • Advise executives and functional leaders on technologies, strategic investments, total cost of ownership, ROI, strategic value, and cybersecurity risk • Maintain knowledge of business strategies, industry trends, regulatory requirements, and cybersecurity threats • Build relationships with business stakeholders and IT management • Ensure adherence to architectural artifact documentation and implementation standards • Educate and influence stakeholders while serving as an advocate and steward for information assets • Design solutions addressing complex and highly complex technical and business cybersecurity issues

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, information security, and/or computer science, or equivalent combination of relevant education, technical, business, and healthcare experience • 10+ years of experience in a healthcare environment, or equivalent combination of relevant education, technical, business, and healthcare experience • 1 year of experience in cybersecurity architecture at enterprise scale, preferably in healthcare • Experience with acquisition processes, including vendor selection, requirements definition, and contractual documentation development • Independent judgment and critical decision-making skills • Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills • Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences across facilities and organizational levels • Ability to balance project workloads with customer support • Ability to mentor less experienced team members • Preferred: 4+ years of technical project experience designing, developing, integrating, and implementing solutions • Preferred: relevant technical/professional certification in two or more listed areas, including SSCP, HCISPP, CompTIA Security+, CISSP-ISSEP, CEH, SANS GIAC, CISA, SABSA SCF, CISSP-ISSAP, or TOGAF 9 Foundation • Preferred: additional related education and/or experience
