📋 Description

• Assist in healthcare actuarial analyses under the supervision of actuarial staff • Assist in projections, pricing, reserving, and other analyses using Excel, SAS, Teradata, Tableau, and other software • Develop and present analysis results to actuarial staff • Participate in developing actuarial models and reports • Support IBNR estimates, financial reporting, and rate adequacy studies • Research and compile healthcare-regulation information • Analyze complex healthcare data across Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial, and ACO programs

🎯 Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration or related field • Must demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills • Candidates must live in the state of AZ to be considered • Successful completion of one or more actuarial exams preferred • Knowledge of data-analysis software, including MS Excel, VBA, SAS, Teradata, R, and Tableau preferred
