📋 Description
• Work collaboratively with program leadership to plan and conduct compliance, clinical or revenue focused audits designed to identify control gaps, process inefficiencies and regulatory adherence • Use root cause analysis techniques to understand why control gaps occurred and work with management to create action plans that address control gaps, improve processes or maintain regulatory compliance • Write concise, well written audit reports and work with management to verify action plans are complete
