📋 Description
• Work closely with leadership to develop a strategic recruitment plan to fill current and future needs for the Health System • Interview, test, and refer applicants for clinical, clerical, technical, administrative, and professional positions throughout the system
🎯 Requirements
• Associate Degree required • Over 10 years Recruitment experience • Knowledge of employment laws • Bachelor's Degree preferred • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) preferred
