📋 Description

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across a variety of departments, from sourcing through offer • Proactively source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, Boolean searches, AI tools, and other creative strategies • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs • Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and guide them through the hiring process • Conduct candidate outreach, phone screens, interview coordination, reference checks, and offer management • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and professionalism • Leverage AI and recruiting technologies to improve sourcing, efficiency, and hiring outcomes • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in the applicant tracking system • Track recruiting metrics and identify opportunities to improve processes • Support employer branding, recruiting initiatives, and other People Operations projects • Stay current on recruiting trends, sourcing techniques, and emerging technologies

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of recruiting experience, including significant experience sourcing passive candidates • Demonstrated success recruiting for a wide range of professional positions in a fast-paced environment • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, referrals, networking, and other creative sourcing methods • Experience leveraging AI tools such as ChatGPT, LinkedIn Recruiter AI, Gemini, or similar technologies • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Exceptional organizational skills; ability to manage multiple searches and competing priorities simultaneously • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality • Proactive, self-directed, solutions-oriented mindset with ownership and urgency • Experience with applicant tracking systems and Google Workspace • Alignment with PragerU's mission and values • Must submit a resume and cover letter, including how values align with PragerU and why the candidate wants to work there • Must be available to work within Pacific Time Zone hours
