📋 Description

• Partner with the Talent Manager and Hiring Managers to facilitate and streamline the interview process • Schedule candidate interviews and coordinate logistics • Manage a positive and engaging candidate experience • Support job creation, onboarding coordination, and onboarding support • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS • Standardize and document the hiring process • Use LinkedIn, job boards, and Boolean searches to identify and engage qualified candidates • Provide innovative and scalable sourcing solutions to build a robust talent pipeline • Proactively source candidates across roles and departments, focusing on passive candidates • Review and screen resumes for qualifications and fit • Develop sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions with the Talent Manager • Develop scalable processes and resources to improve efficiency • Cultivate relationships with cross-functional partners and communicate proactively • Coordinate background and reference checks • Support successful hires end-to-end from a coordination standpoint

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, specifically recruiting coordination and sourcing in a B2B SaaS company • Experience supporting Go-To-Market hiring, including Sales, Account Executives, Implementation, Customer Success, and Product • Familiarity with ATS, HRIS, scheduling tools, and LinkedIn sourcing • Demonstrated accountability and a track record of taking ownership and problem-solving • Strong communication and cross-collaboration skills • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving responsibilities • Creative, curious, flexible, meticulous, and thoughtful approach to work • Objective and adept at conflict resolution • Enthusiasm for process improvement and refining the experience for partners and candidates • Experience driving innovative process enhancements and supporting change management • Alignment with Collectly's GTM Values • Builds and maintains qualified passive and active candidate pipelines using multi-channel sourcing strategies • Manages complex, multi-party scheduling and process logistics with precision • Maintains clean, accurate, and audit-ready candidate and requisition records • Communicates clearly and proactively with hiring managers, candidates, and cross-functional partners • Manages competing priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment • Exercises discretion with sensitive candidate and business information • Proactively identifies process gaps and proposes scalable solutions
