📋 Description

• Manage talent acquisition functions focused on attracting, sourcing and selecting top talent • Develop and drive talent acquisition and sourcing strategies for exempt positions • Build pools of qualified candidates proactively • Meet with senior leaders to execute business recruiting strategies and plans • Advise hiring managers on interviewing behaviors, skills and competencies • Guide candidates on Fifth Third Bank employment benefits and considerations • Collaborate with hiring managers and COE HR partners on competitive offers • Extend and negotiate candidate offers, including complex compensation strategies • Monitor external marketplace and industry trends • Report market and competitor intelligence • Develop relationships with external employment sources, including placement offices, research firms and industry organizations • Improve candidate experience and influence the business on its importance • Provide guidance and direction to less senior talent acquisition consultants

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR or business related field (or equivalent working experience required) • 5-7 years of progressive recruiting or HR experience required • Experience in an environment stressing individual accountability and team-based performance • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, verbal and written communication skills • Ability to organize and coordinate multiple tasks and requests • Excellent problem solving skills • Recruitment networking and creative sourcing skills • Ability to interact with all organizational levels • Ability to work independently • Ability to maintain confidentiality • PC technical aptitude
