📋 Description

• Provide operational management, leadership, and execution of revenue cycle projects and initiatives • Conduct best practice research • Facilitate operational assessments for implementation • Develop standardized reporting key performance indicators • Assist with other revenue cycle projects as identified • Integrate cross-functional processes for management of the project environment • Emphasize quality, productivity, and consistency

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • Certified Revenue Cycle Representative • PMI Certified Project Management Professional • Project Management Professional certification and/or Certified Revenue Cycle Representation expected within 1 year from hire date • Extensive experience and knowledge of PC applications, including Microsoft Office products (MS-Word, MS-Excel, etc.) and various EHR platforms • Excellent organizational skills, verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis in problem resolution • Understanding of performance improvement, including collecting data, analyzing data, identifying processes, and implementing process change • Ability to multi-task, especially during stressful situations • Minimum 5 years of experience
