📋 Description

• Play a hands-on, operational leadership role in advancing the organization’s applied artificial intelligence strategy across clinical, operational, and administrative domains • Responsible for the day-to-day management of AI initiatives, supporting the full AI algorithm lifecycle—from intake and evaluation through deployment, monitoring, and optimization • Work closely with clinical leaders, operational stakeholders, IT, Informatics, Legal, Risk, and external AI vendors to ensure AI tools are safe, effective, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals • Ensure that AI delivers real, measurable value while maintaining trust, safety, and operational excellence

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, Engineering, Informatics, Healthcare or Business Administration • 5+ years of experience • Experience working with EHR integrated AI tools or clinical decision support systems • Familiarity with AI governance frameworks, model risk management, or algorithm oversight processes • Experience collaborating with AI vendors, startups, or health technology partners • Knowledge of healthcare privacy, security and regulatory considerations related to AI • PMP, Lean, Six Sigma or similar project management training
