📋 Description
• Provide application training and integrate information technology in the healthcare setting • Serve as a liaison between the IT department and operations to align system design with operational processes • Collect data and analyze workflows • Perform testing and provide at-the-elbow and phone support • Participate in application deployment and procedure documentation • Ensure software builds meet organizational goals and external mandates such as HIPAA and Meaningful Use • Act as project coordinator on projects under supervision, including projects with or without system-wide implications
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and four years’ related experience, or two years’ direct experience in lieu of a degree • Appropriate certification or licensure (if applicable) required • OnBase Knowledge • OnBase Certifications a must • Healthcare experience a plus • Dragon experience a plus
