📋 Description

• Provide security inputs into business justification documentation for the Workday Financials and Supply Chain Management upgrade project • Review functional specifications and validate that they meet security needs • Design and write security technical specifications • Develop security test conditions and data scripts • Configure security according to specifications • Unit test security configuration • Validate timely and accurate migration of security configuration across project-related databases • Create, update, and obtain approval for security-related documentation • Review security roles, row-level security, permission lists, and databases • Validate maintenance of security data dictionaries and master files • Plan, schedule, and perform security-related work • Analyze security-related patches and confirm project impact • Assist with creating and revising security reports and inquiries • Oversee timely and accurate fulfillment of security requests by the security support team

🎯 Requirements

• More than 7 years of Workday Financials and Supply Chain Management implementation or upgrade experience as a security lead • Hands-on, extensive experience designing and configuring role-level and row-level security • Extensive experience working with integrated client, consulting firm, and/or independent Workday consultant teams • Experience with Workday Financials and Supply Chain Management upgrade or implementation security tasks and deliverables • Experience serving higher education, public sector, or healthcare industry clients • Experience on upgrade or implementation projects in a multi-entity shared-services transaction-processing environment with employee populations greater than 50,000 • Expertise integrating with Workday Financials and Supply Chain Management • Expertise with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Access, MS Project, and SharePoint, or equivalent • Knowledge of financials and supply-chain transaction processing and EPM database elements, relationships, query concepts, and security components • Ability to keep data confidential • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills for creating user and project security documentation and procedures • Strong meeting facilitation and interviewing skills • Ability to work with individuals at all organizational levels • Extensive coaching and collaboration skills • Ability to oversee high-quality and timely deliverables • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced organization
