📋 Description

• As a Manager/Senior Manager, you will be responsible for managing entire projects from proposal through to execution, ensuring client satisfaction and project success. • You will lead project teams, mentor and develop Associates and Senior Associates, and play a critical role in shaping client deliverables and strategic recommendations. • This position requires an individual who can balance multiple projects, guide strategic discussions, and drive innovation in research approaches.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting or related fields, with a focus on life sciences. • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MPH, PhD) strongly preferred. • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
