📋 Description

• Plan, coordinate, document, and execute customer-awarded projects according to standard work instructions • Oversee client project engagements from sales handoff through transition to ongoing support • Plan customer technology roadmaps and customer attainment strategy • Serve as primary point of contact for client project needs during planning and execution • Identify, document, and resolve project complexities • Use project management software; conduct regular meetings; prepare agendas and meeting minutes; create and maintain project plans • Lead discussions with clinical and technical project stakeholders • Learn and communicate Baxter’s Connected Care product portfolio • Indirectly manage internal and external resources and vendors • Meet or exceed PMO metrics for project plans, time tracking, documentation, onsite presence, resource engagement, progress reporting, and project closeouts • Translate technical information for non-technical resources • Deploy customer-specific communication strategies • Partner with customers and internal teams on long-term product and technology strategy • Attend predefined project milestones onsite • Forecast and manage individual revenue goals, provide updates on risks and opportunities, and ensure on-time documentation submissions • Manage a target of $3.5M in annual revenue and define a revenue management strategy

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of experience and demonstrated excellence in project management • Preferably experience with external customer projects • Ability to facilitate, manage and empower large, diverse groups without direct line authority • Demonstrated bias for action and decisiveness; comfort navigating ambiguity and track record of exceptional customer service • Skills in data analysis and problem solving using defined methodologies • Proven ability to engage and communicate effectively with leadership teams, including C-Suite presentations • Proven success in internal and external communication and relationship management across administrative to executive levels • Experience working with fully remote project teams and leading projects to successful completion • Health care, information technology, or construction environment experience desired • Experience with a consultative project management approach • PMP, CAPM, or other industry-related certifications desired • Remote, field-based role with approximately 25% travel required • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship is unavailable
