📋 Description

• Developing and communicating quarterly/annual sales strategies and plans for the assigned area to drive profitable, balanced revenue growth across all product lines • Tracking and reporting team progress toward targets through weekly/quarterly/annual plans • Using sales competency to maximize personal and team performance • Completing planning, forecasting, objective-setting and action-planning • Partner proactively with cross-functional teams to organize and align resources that support strategic and tactical goals • Building and managing strong customer relationships • Providing day‑to‑day leadership for the area sales team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred • 5+ years of experience in sales and sales management • 5+ years’ experience in the Acute Care/Hospital capital equipment space • Previous people leadership experience preferred
