📋 Description

• Build and scale the data and analytical platform supporting clinical AI products • Develop the data lakehouse and warehouse with secure, scalable pipelines for analytics and machine learning • Improve data modeling, orchestration, data quality, and scalability as products and clients grow • Create LLM and automation tools and frameworks enabling self-serve data insights for Clinical, Client Success, and Product teams • Build pipelines and data models to monitor KPIs and clinical AI model performance across clients and clinical modules • Work with real-time, messy, heterogeneous EHR data • Define company-wide product success metrics and ensure the underlying data is trustworthy • Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, clinicians, product managers, and client success partners • Investigate clinical cases, trends, and opportunities using data tools

🎯 Requirements

• BS in Computer Science or another relevant technical discipline • 5+ years of experience building scalable, secure data or analytics infrastructure on a cloud platform, preferably AWS, serving live products and customers • Proficiency in Python and SQL • Deep knowledge of modern data and analytics technologies, including cloud-based data warehouses, transformation frameworks such as dbt, workflow orchestration tools, and BI tools such as Tableau or QuickSight • Ability to integrate data and analytics technologies with existing infrastructure • Experience leveraging LLMs in distributed data processing and analytics systems • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Must not require employer visa sponsorship • Preferred: experience handling PHI/PII securely • Preferred: experience building analytics technology for clinical or health data • Preferred: experience handling ambiguity and uncertainty in a startup
