• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic initiatives across multiple workstreams, including revenue cycle management, product development, laboratory improvements, and digital platforms • Mature PMO organization capabilities and institute program management best practices, tools, and discipline • Partner with Product, Clinical, Lab Operations, Informatics, Software Engineering, Regulatory, and Quality leaders to define objectives, priorities, and success metrics • Drive program governance through KPIs, timelines, milestones, budgets, and reporting structures • Monitor progress and adjust programs as needed • Facilitate steering committee and stakeholder meetings with status updates, risk assessments, and decision requests • Report program progress to executive leadership, including the CEO, through structured updates, dashboards, and strategic reviews • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks; escalate issues to maintain timelines and objectives • Manage dependencies and resource allocation across teams • Ensure compliance with CLIA, CAP, HIPAA, Part 11, and other applicable healthcare regulations • Conduct post-implementation reviews and incorporate lessons learned into future initiatives • Provide guidance, mentorship, and leadership to project teams • Perform other duties as assigned and comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Life Sciences, Health Administration, Business, or Engineering • 10+ years in new product development, program management, and/or portfolio management within biotech, life sciences, or diagnostics • 8+ years in Program Management or Portfolio Management • 3+ years in a people leadership role • Demonstrated experience managing large-scale, cross-functional programs involving complex systems integration and business process transformation • Strong understanding of laboratory workflows, clinical testing processes, and healthcare regulatory requirements • Competence with project and portfolio management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, and PKIT • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills • Solid executive communication skills • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered • Preferred experience in regulated laboratory environments, including diagnostics, genomics, or molecular testing • PMP, PgMP, SAFe Agilist, or equivalent certification preferred • Experience supporting product development or commercialization of clinical laboratory tests preferred
