📋 Description

• Oversee accounting processes and ensure accuracy in financial reporting • Prepare and review financial statements for accuracy and GAAP compliance • Perform month-end and year-end close processes, reconciliations, and journal entries • Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making • Maintain the general ledger for accuracy, completeness, and compliance • Assist in developing and implementing accounting policies and procedures • Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and implement best practices • Coordinate with auditors and ensure documentation and financial statements are audit ready • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on finance-related projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field • 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting or financial roles • CPA designation preferred • Knowledge of GAAP • Ability to prepare and review financial statements • Ability to perform month-end and year-end close processes, reconciliations, and journal entries • Ability to analyze financial data • Experience maintaining the general ledger • Ability to coordinate with auditors and prepare audit-ready documentation • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams • Frequently required to sit • Frequently required to utilize hand and finger dexterity • Frequently required to talk or hear • Frequently required to utilize visual acuity to operate equipment, read technical information, and/or use a keyboard
