📋 Description

• Produce financial statements for the Reliant / Cost Containment business unit • Perform monthly close activities, including calculating and posting monthly revenue and commissions • Coordinate with the central finance team to ensure COGS and operating expenses are correctly recorded • Conduct flux/trend analysis versus prior periods • Post cash activity daily or semi-daily • Issue monthly invoices • Apply cash and monitor accounts receivable • Reconcile bank and general ledger accounts • Support annual audits • Perform FP&A and broader corporate finance tasks • Complete other tasks as determined by the VP of Finance • Report directly to the VP of Finance – Cost Containment

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of public accounting experience OR private company accounting experience with full financial statement responsibilities preferred • Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, technical accounting standards, and financial reporting • Strong technical accounting skills, including interpreting and applying complex accounting guidance • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information clearly • Collaborative team player with a continuous improvement mindset • Bachelor's degree in accounting and/or finance required • CPA preferred • Experience with Sage Intacct or other financial reporting tools preferred • Prior healthcare industry experience preferred
