📋 Description

• Support the monthly close process with in-month and end-of-month activities • Manage input of journal entries • Perform monthly revenue reconciliation and posting • Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations for assigned accounts • Perform all monthly bank reconciliations • Maintain weekly input of bank transactions • Perform daily Ramp and BILL entries • Assist with annual tax preparation and documentation requests • Assist with annual audit process • Identify opportunities for process improvement • Contribute to developing and implementing best practice accounting procedures • Perform other tasks assigned by the Director of Finance • Ensure accuracy of financial records • Prepare financial reports • Support the organization’s overall financial health

🎯 Requirements

• A strong understanding and appreciation of the trans experience • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field • 5 years of progressive accounting or audit experience • An understanding of the monthly close processes • Comfort with GL reconciliations • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets • Attention to detail and organizational skills • Experience with Ramp and/or BILL • Ability to work in a fully remote environment • Desire to learn and grow in the role • Only legally authorized to work in the USA are eligible to apply; residency in the USA is a requirement of employment • Experience with NetSuite is nice-to-have • Multi-entity environment experience is nice-to-have
