📋 Description

• Advise clients on strategies to maximize the value of Bazaarvoice software solutions, including social commerce, social media management, and syndication tools • Execute high-value activities and manage the client lifecycle across a portfolio using Salesforce, Gainsight, and Gong • Discover and influence clients’ internal success metrics and help them achieve and measure results related to sourcing, amplifying, and displaying social and video content • Help key stakeholders understand the value received from Bazaarvoice • Manage client health by identifying, documenting, and mitigating risk with cross-functional team members • Promote new feature adoption to enhance client satisfaction and program performance • Prioritize the portfolio across tech-driven, 1:many, and 1:1 client interactions • Observe and track portfolio trends to develop best practices • Develop deep expertise in social commerce and creator marketing and serve as a subject matter expert across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social channels

🎯 Requirements

• Positive, self-starter attitude with a knack for creative problem solving • Customer-centric approach • Social media obsessed • Fluent in English • Strong oral and written communication skills • Skillful in time management, organization, and prioritization • Sufficient in meeting deadlines and expectations with minimal supervision • Bachelor’s Degree and 1+ years of experience in account management, client success, sales, marketing and/or social media preferred • Must provide prior written consent for the routine pre-employment background check
