📋 Description

• Provide comprehensive legal assistance to corporate attorneys, focusing on corporate entity maintenance, contract drafting, and compliance • Liaise between company attorneys, outside counsel, regulatory organizations, and in-house employees • Compile, organize, and synthesize data from legal digests, encyclopedias, and practice manuals • Assemble, proofread, and edit contracts, leases, licenses, and insurance policies • Prepare and file legal documents with external entities and regulatory bodies • Conduct research for special projects directed by corporate attorneys • Review corporate processes to support compliance with industry regulations and laws • Assist internal teams in analyzing legal documents to identify obligations and risks • Advise attorneys and stakeholders on active case progress and status • Assist with intellectual property matters, including patent materials and applications • Use legal AI tools and agentic workflows to streamline document review, legal research, and daily operations

🎯 Requirements

• Valid Paralegal certification is required • Proven law office or in-house legal department experience • Strong working knowledge of office automation equipment and legal software/tools related to paralegal and compliance activities • Familiarity with, or strong willingness to learn, emerging legal AI technology and agentic software solutions • Exceptional proofreading and editing skills for sensitive legal documents such as contracts and licenses • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Must provide prior written consent for the routine pre-employment background check
