📋 Description

• Build agent and broker relationships • Manage current book of business • Provide excellent customer service • Seek opportunities to access and cultivate new markets • Effectively manage carrier relationships • Provide guidance and training to Assistant Broker • Review and analyze risks, ensuring all required information is obtained • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Active state insurance license • Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from Four-Year College or University • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as Underwriter/Broker • CIC or CPCU designation (Preferred) • Bachelor’s degree in Insurance related discipline (Preferred) • Minimum of 5 years of E&S Wholesale experience (Preferred) • Experience with Excess & Surplus Lines (Preferred)
