📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce Administrators, ensuring alignment with business goals and professional development • Partner with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable technology solutions • Drive process improvement initiatives using Salesforce and Microsoft tools, including Power BI and Power Automate • Collaborate with the Internal Project Manager, Solutions Delivery Manager, and AI Strategy & Adoption Manager to support strategic technology initiatives • Develop and maintain documentation for systems, processes, and workflows • Ensure data integrity, system security, and compliance with internal policies • Monitor performance metrics and continuously optimize system usage and automation

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing Salesforce and/or Microsoft-based business systems • Strong understanding of process design, automation, and stakeholder engagement • Experience leading technical teams and cross-functional projects • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Familiarity with AI adoption strategies is a plus • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field • Salesforce (Admin or Advanced Admin certification preferred) • Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate)
