📋 Description

• Provide inbound customer support by answering incoming calls promptly and courteously • Verify contract information and accurately enter new claims into the system based on client-specific terms and conditions • Confirm coverage in accordance with policies and procedures • Review documentation supporting claims, proof of ownership, and parts and replacement costs • Issue coverage denials where appropriate or schedule a servicer to handle property damage • Approve or deny servicer estimates up to $750.00 • Maintain email boxes and respond to customers and vendors • Process customer requests and claims quickly, accurately, and timely • Follow up and review claims to ensure accurate records and timely settlement

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent • Adjuster’s License (preferred not required) • Knowledge of insurance and warranty policies, underwriting and claim procedures (preferred not required) • Must have experience with MS Office applications including Word and Excel • Excellent communication skills (courteous, thorough, and helpful)
