📋 Description

• Drive claims forward across every touchpoint • Interface with clients, colleagues, and government agencies to support successful claim outcomes and a positive client experience • Handle key steps throughout claims, including inbound/outbound transactional calls, claim-file reviews, and communication with assigned Client Advocates • Manage an assigned phone queue and multitask • Deliver clear, efficient, and patient service on every call • Discuss claims sensitively with clients experiencing physical and mental health conditions • Complete applications and other key claim documents thoroughly and comprehensively • Build positive, trusting relationships while supporting the client advocacy team • Learn company systems and develop expertise in the SSDI claims process • Progress toward the Client Advocate role and independent caseload management

🎯 Requirements

• Strong verbal communication and telephone skills • Excellent typing, data entry, and documentation skills with high accuracy and attention to detail • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn new systems and technology • Experience managing a high volume of inbound and outbound client interactions in a fast-paced environment • 1–2 years of experience managing claims or cases through multi-step processes, ideally within Social Security, disability, or a related claims environment • Experience using Salesforce or a comparable case management/CRM platform preferred • Work, or related field preferred • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information
