📋 Description

• Provide licensed financial and non-financial support to Clearwater Financial Group • Serve as a resource to Thrivent Financial for Lutherans Financial Advisors • Support securities, investment advisory, fixed and variable life, health, and annuity products and services • Help develop and implement business and marketing plans to acquire, cultivate, and retain members • Conduct prospecting and marketing, case and proposal preparation, referral generation, and community-building activities • Handle sensitive member/customer communications and respond verbally and in writing • Facilitate and/or co-present product-specific seminars and workshops • Identify fund-selection criteria and track performance against indexes for WRAP accounts • Participate in practice business planning • Counsel prospective and current members/customers on suitable financial products and investment advisory services • Open and complete product applications • Conduct substantive research and information gathering for securities recommendations and investment advice • Obtain member/customer financial and suitability information • Accept and/or enter securities trade orders, including unsolicited orders • Explain and interpret insurance coverage, analyze exposures or policies, and provide recommendations • Issue certificates of insurance, endorsements, binders, commitments, or insurance contracts • Assist Financial Advisors with member/customer meeting preparation and follow-up • Collaborate with Financial Advisors on client product changes • Drive marketing services including direct mail, fraternal activities, seminars, and meetings • Perform additional responsibilities according to licensure and business needs

🎯 Requirements

• Previous administrative/secretarial experience desired • Must be securities registered (Series 7 & 66 or 6 & 63) • Must be appropriately insurance licensed/appointed for sale of all life/health and variable products • Must be securities registered/insurance licensed/appointed in all states in which the candidate will be doing support work for Clearwater Financial Group • Must be willing to complete appropriate state training to sell Long Term Care if required by the position or support needs • 2+ years of customer service orientation/experience preferred • Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain high-quality work amid frequent interruptions • Ability to maintain integrity of sensitive/confidential information • Basic understanding of Clearwater Financial Group, its products and services, and Thrivent Financial • Ability to work with all roles of Clearwater Financial Group • Ability to represent the organization with external clients • Ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with outside organizations • Background verification required • Fingerprints required as part of FINRA registration process
