📋 Description

• Support Account Managers and Sales Representatives with customer sales engagements while learning the supplies sales process • Assist with customer calls, presentations, proposals, and sales cycle activities under the direction of the Supplies Sales team • Support the development of supplies and consumables opportunities within existing and prospective customer accounts • Prepare accurate and timely estimates, quotations, and proposals with guidance from the sales team • Develop and maintain product knowledge to support customer needs and recommend solutions • Travel to support customer engagement and collaboration with the sales organization • Support assigned national account sales teams as directed by sales management • Learn to identify customer business needs and support the recommendation of appropriate solutions • Support existing customer accounts and provide reports to management within established timelines • Participate in customer business reviews as requested by Account Managers • Work toward assigned sales objectives as knowledge and experience develop • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills • Interest in sales and willingness to learn the supplies and consumables business • Ability to learn customer presentation, proposal, and sales cycle processes • Goal-oriented with a high level of motivation and initiative • Ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams and customers • Ability to develop and maintain product knowledge • Ability to travel as business needs require • Prior sales, sales support, or customer-facing experience preferred • Experience supporting enterprise or national account sales teams or selling supplies, consumables, or related products preferred • Ability to communicate effectively, remain stationary for extended periods, and occasionally move about the workspace • Occasional ability to lift or transport materials, samples, or office items up to 25 pounds
