📋 Description

• Aid in creating tactical recommendations by gathering vendor proposals, tracking submissions, deploying target lists and NDAs, and building support content for the team • Enter and submit campaign operations requests, including tag request forms, screenshot decks, and creative rotations • Contribute to the integrity of media plan flowcharts, media plans, budget summaries, and buy specifications • Assist in creative assets documentation • Coordinate and schedule meetings, including managing availability requests and calendar setups • Assist with tracking campaign activities • Assist with managing media budgets, including client and publisher invoicing, monthly and annual billing reconciliation, and building campaigns in Mediaocean/Prisma • Support Real Chemistry’s client services team with day-to-day media strategy and execution for healthcare communications and marketing clients

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • 0–2 years of experience in client-facing roles within media • Pharmaceutical industry experience is desired but not essential • Strong written communication skills • Ability to enter data and complete projects accurately • Detail oriented and organized • Highly motivated to assist others on the team • Positive attitude and team player • Desire to continually learn and improve • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Slides • Willingness to work traditional and non-traditional office hours as needed
