📋 Description

• Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support across the employee benefits client lifecycle, including enrollments, billing, eligibility updates, and system maintenance • Prepare and distribute client and employee materials accurately and on time, following compliance and documentation standards • Support onboarding of new clients by completing checklist tasks and coordinating required data, materials, and internal workflows • Respond to routine client and internal inquiries and escalate issues as appropriate • Assist with renewals, benchmarking, RFP preparation, and marketing coordination under close supervision • Execute assigned tasks accurately and efficiently while progressing through structured training and guided learning

🎯 Requirements

• Less than 1 year of relevant experience • Basic technical application/exposure • Readiness to learn and grow through structured training and mentorship • Take and pass the Life & Health License within the timing necessary for state and role requirements
