📋 Description

• Design and deliver high-quality technical assistance, primarily consultation • Support effective implementation of the annual scope of work for Great Start to Quality Resource Centers • Build and maintain professional relationships with internal and external partners • Design and deliver individual and group capacity-building opportunities • Provide consultation to ensure required training and scope-of-work deliverables are met • Facilitate meetings with internal and external partners • Represent the organization as a skilled facilitator and subject matter expert • Develop and implement the annual technical assistance plan • Track and review progress reports and deliverables • Create written materials supporting implementation and reporting • Assist with internal and external continuous improvement and evaluation activities • Cultivate and manage relationships with early childhood system partners at state, regional, and local levels • Support data collection and development of reports, issue briefs, explanations, and presentations • Coordinate with capacity-building partners and vendors • Monitor emerging trends, best practices, and research to improve technical assistance offerings • Engage in cross-team collaboration and facilitation • Travel occasionally within Michigan or to other geographical areas for projects, ECIC meetings, and organizational needs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • At least 3 years of experience in consultation, meeting facilitation, and development of learning opportunities for adults in the early care and education field • Proven success developing and implementing technical assistance at a regional or statewide level • Skilled in assessing needs, developing strategies, and evaluating outcomes • Experience with data collection methods, including surveys, interviews, and observations • Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities • Ability to build relationships and work with diverse communities • Proficient in remote work tools, Microsoft Office, Adobe, and data platforms such as Survey Monkey • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and make sound decisions • Ability to meet the stated physical requirements
