📋 Description

• Provide daily inbound and outbound communication coverage via phone, email, and other channels • Manage customer and retailer inquiries and follow-up throughout claim processes • Determine coverage, send inspection packets, authorize technicians, order parts, recommend exchanges, administer settlements, and collect complaints • Review and monitor open claims and proactively follow up to facilitate claim closure • Provide timely actions and responses to retailers, customers, and manufacturers • Receive and review Inspection Packets and determine warranty replacement or denial • Offer and facilitate Service Solutions for consumers whose issues are out-of-warranty or not covered by a protection plan • Understand the retailer portal and provide claims guidance • Process technician calls, document updates, and perform required follow-up • Support or perform Intake Specialist functions when required

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated proficiency in the Intake process for a minimum of 6 months • Successful understanding and completion of Existing training • Ability to execute functions necessary for processing existing claims • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) • Computer and keyboard proficiency • Good oral and written communication skills • Basic math skills • Proficiency at call handling and utilizing “soft skill” techniques • Teamwork Orientation • Bilingual Spanish capability indicated by the job title
