📋 Description

• Provide general clerical support for assigned claims administration unit(s) • Monitor digital mail queues to receive new disability claim and supplemental claim documents • Perform data entry of claimant information into LuminX and index documents to claimant records in Synergy • Meet turnaround time (TAT) and quality standards for timely and accurate document handling • Support the dental consultant claim review team by assigning new claims, processing dental provider correspondence, and forwarding completed claims using OnBase • Respond to dental provider requests for information and/or claim status • Perform general clerical duties, including faxing and preparing materials for mailing

🎯 Requirements

• HS diploma or general education degree (GED) • Minimum data entry skills of 7,000 numeric keystrokes/hour and 6,000 alphanumeric keystrokes/hour • PC proficiency, including ability to work with word processing and data management programs
