📋 Description

• Answer questions and resolve problems initiated by insureds and carriers via telephone, mail, and email • Research or refer questions concerning coverage, claims, cost, or billing • Contribute significantly to business retention efforts • Provide customer service to clients by phone • Maintain customer service history notes • Process client requests received via mail, fax, and email • Update and maintain customer records in the administration system • Process and analyze new business and policy transactions • Correct company records to adjust errors • Mail specified forms and route completed forms for processing
